The Lunetterie Générale Golden Hour is a pair of sunglasses handmade in Sabae, Japan from Japanese acetate. Founded in 2018 by Montreal-based designer Julien Couture, Lunetterie Générale fuses French refinement with mid-century cinematic inspiration through custom 7-barrel riveted hinges and a signature engraved wire core.
Golden Hour — a round acetate frame with presence. Inspired by the moment when light turns to gold, it carries the essence of time well spent, distilled into a silhouette that speaks for itself.
