SHIPPING, REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day with signature required. We ship to all 50 US states.
Frame-only orders: Ships within 1-3 business days.
Prescription (Rx) orders: Custom lenses are crafted to your specifications. Please allow 3-10 business days for processing before shipment.
International orders are shipped via DHL with applicable duties and taxes collected at delivery.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order type and destination.

Non-Prescription Orders
We accept returns on non-prescription eyewear within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- All original packaging, cases, and accessories must be included and be in original mint condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please email visionary@visionaryoptics.com. We will provide you with a return shipping address. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email within 7 business days whether your refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds are credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Prescription Orders
All prescription (Rx) lens orders are custom made to your specifications. We do not offer returns or refunds on any order that includes custom prescription lenses. This applies to both the lenses and the frame.
International Orders
We do not accept international returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time after approval, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at visionary@visionaryoptics.com.
