Leisure Society Savoye Optical

The Leisure Society Savoye is an optical frame handcrafted in Japan from pure block titanium. Designed by California CFDA member Shane Baum, each frame is sculpted from solid block titanium, hand-polished like fine jewelry, individually numbered, and finished with jewelry-grade PVD ion-plating in 12k, 18k, or 24k gold. Available at Visionary Optics' three NYC locations or online with same-day ZEISS prescription lenses.

The Savoye features an innovative reverse-rimless floating lens technology that requires a spatial examination from various angles to fully appreciate the intricate craftsmanship and inventive nylor construction of the flat 2-base lenses. The Savoye is a seventies-inspired silhouette that features bold geometric and angular attributes to create a hi-tech mix of sophistication and sport that combines matching block titanium temples and a hidden spring hinge.
