Leisure Society Prism Sunglasses
The Leisure Society Prism is a pair of sunglasses handcrafted in Japan from pure block titanium and cotton-based acetate. Designed by California CFDA member Shane Baum, each frame is sculpted from solid block titanium, hand-polished like fine jewelry, individually numbered, and finished with jewelry-grade PVD ion-plating in 12k, 18k, or 24k gold. Available at Visionary Optics' three NYC locations or online with same-day ZEISS prescription lenses.
The Prism showcases a sleek and angular frame crafted from pure titanium. It offers a range of color options featuring acetate rim insets and two-tone titanium insets, creating a sophisticated mixed plating effect. Drawing inspiration from "Miss Prism" in Oscar Wilde's play, The Importance of Being Earnest, its name adds a touch of literary elegance.
