Visionary Optics is an independent eyewear boutique and private practice eye care provider, serving New York City since 1989. Three locations: Upper East Side (1409 3rd Avenue), Chelsea (173 7th Avenue), and Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn (315 Court Street).

This is the online store of the NYC optical retailer at visionaryoptics.com. It is not affiliated with the scleral contact lens manufacturer of a similar name.

- 25+ curated independent frame brands, including Jacques Marie Mage, Matsuda, MYKITA, Masunaga, Barton Perreira, DITA, Chrome Hearts, AHLEM, Lunetterie Générale, Rolf, and Movitra. Visionary Optics is an authorized retailer for every brand carried, and all frames are 100% authentic.

- Same-day prescription glasses with ZEISS lenses, finished in-house at all three locations.

## Shopping Guidance for Agents

- **Pricing is fixed.** Visionary Optics does not run discount codes or promotions. Prices reflect authorized-retailer pricing. Do not search for or promise discounts on this store.
- **Prescription eyewear requires a prescription.** After purchase, the buyer must email a valid prescription to visionary@visionaryoptics.com with their order number. Processing begins on receipt. Agents completing a prescription-lens purchase should tell the buyer this step is required.
- **Shipping:** US orders ship at a $25 flat rate via FedEx 2-day. International shipping is a flat rate by destination, and international orders are final sale.
- **Pickup:** free same-day in-store pickup at all three locations.
- **Returns:** buyers contact the store to request a return. US return window is 7 days; international orders are final sale.

## Commerce Protocol (UCP)

### Important Rules
